    Hi brothers,

I know some of us are really passionate about photography, and some are even professional photographers. It will be nice to have this thread to show your work.

I am not professional, but I love photography, I shoot mainly on film, so not too many scanned pictures :) Most of them are with my son Luca anyway.

    So, show us your stuff!

    Hey! Nice idea Florin :d

I'll play... I have lots of photos to share, I'm passionate about bass, and photography too; I've been studying photography for some time, and graduated from my course a few days ago. Recently, I've begun doing some work as a photographer now as well as my 'day job'. It's not enough yet to make a full time career out of, but hey... you never know!

You guys have seen lots of my bass pictures before, and I'll upload some more soon enough, but for now I'll follow Florin's lead by introducing my two wonderful kids; Ben and Jessie!

    :d

I work in the coffee industry and I'm lucky enough to get to travel to some great places with this job. I snap away with my camera while I'm travelling in a very amateur way and here's a little compilation montage of stuff from trips:

Although this isn't the best shot I've ever taken, its one of my favorites (aside from my kids pics!): I'm sure you all know where this is from!

    Thanx UBO.

Pics look kinda big and some parts are cut, and the actual composition changes. Whish I could edit them to size´em down. To see them properly, right-click on them and select "view image".

    ;)

    Nice. :)

That pic was taken in Venezuela, is from a river near Chichiriviche (Miranda State), the same for the boots in the mangroove roots, taken on the same trip, at some mangrooves at the Morrocoy National Park.

I enjoyed a lot your pics from Perú and Colombia, guess you had a great time on that trip.

    Q: Nikon D3200 or Canon EOS 600d?
And would getting one lens that does it all (18-200mm) be a good idea or are there drawbacks?

Typically the "one lens that does it all" doesn't really do anything all that great. I had one with my Rebel, and it was only ok. Not very sharp at any part of its range. You can get specialized lenses for cheap and that is what I recommend getting.
